Description
The Bonve Rotary Lobe Pump with Thermosiphon System is specially designed for the safe and reliable transfer of toxic, flammable, explosive, and corrosive fluids in demanding industrial applications. Engineered in accordance with API 676 and equipped with an API 682 compliant thermosiphon system (Plan 53A, Plan 53B, or Plan 54), this pump provides superior sealing performance and enhanced operational safety.
Its double mechanical seal works together with the pressurized thermosiphon system to cool and lubricate the seal faces, preventing leakage while significantly extending seal life. Combined with an explosion-proof motor, external pressure safety valve, and integrated drip pan, the system ensures continuous, safe, and efficient operation in petrochemical and chemical processing environments.
Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel materials, the pump delivers stable flow, excellent corrosion resistance, and reliable performance for handling hazardous liquids under harsh operating conditions.
