Description

The Bitumen Homogenizer with Explosion-Proof Motor is specially designed for continuous inline mixing, dispersing, homogenizing, emulsifying, and refining of bitumen, asphalt emulsions, modified asphalt, and other high-viscosity petrochemical materials. Equipped with an explosion-proof motor, it provides safe and reliable operation in hazardous environments where flammable vapors or combustible materials may be present. 

The precision-engineered rotor-stator system generates high shear force, centrifugal action, hydraulic shear, turbulence, and impact to rapidly reduce particle size and produce stable asphalt emulsions with excellent consistency. The inline design improves mixing efficiency, shortens processing time, and enhances emulsion stability compared with conventional mixing systems. 

Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, the homogenizer is suitable for continuous industrial production in the petrochemical, road construction, waterproofing, and coating industries. For transferring high-viscosity bitumen, it can be integrated with a Bonve Rotary Lobe Pump to improve feeding performance and maintain a stable process flow.
