Description

The Inline High Shear Mixer for Agrochemical Processing is specially designed for continuous mixing, dispersing, homogenizing, emulsifying, and dissolving applications in agrochemical manufacturing. It is ideal for producing pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, liquid fertilizers, and other agricultural chemical formulations that require uniform particle distribution and stable suspensions.

Equipped with a precision-engineered rotor-stator system, the mixer generates intense centrifugal force, hydraulic shear, turbulence, and impact to rapidly break down particles and disperse solids into liquids. This high-shear process eliminates agglomeration, improves product consistency, and significantly reduces production time compared to conventional mixing methods.

Available in FHM1 (single-stage) and FHM3 (three-stage) configurations, the mixer can be selected according to processing requirements. Manufactured from high-quality SS316 stainless steel as standard, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and can be integrated with a rotary lobe pump for handling high-viscosity products and improving feeding efficiency.
