Description
The TEK Air Relief Valve is a ductile iron single orifice automatic air release valve designed to continuously discharge small volumes of trapped air from pressurized water pipelines during normal operation. By eliminating accumulated air pockets, the valve improves hydraulic efficiency, reduces pressure loss, and helps protect pipeline systems from flow interruption and unnecessary energy consumption.
Designed in accordance with JKR 20200-0097-01 and ANSI/AWWA C512, the valve is suitable for potable water distribution systems, water treatment plants, pumping stations, irrigation networks, and municipal water infrastructure. Its compact design makes it ideal for installation at pipeline high points where trapped air naturally accumulates.
Manufactured from high-quality ductile iron with Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating, the valve provides excellent corrosion resistance and long-term reliability while requiring minimal maintenance throughout its service life.
