The IG Internal Gear Pump is a positive displacement pump featuring an optimized internal gear design for smooth, low-noise, and low-wear fluid transfer. Designed for handling high-viscosity liquids, the pump utilizes belt or gear reducer motor transmission to provide stable performance and efficient operation in demanding industrial applications.
Its simplified construction allows easy side-cover disassembly for routine maintenance, while external axial clearance adjustment enables efficient servicing without dismantling the pump. With super suction capability up to 740 mmHg (20 Torr) and optional casing steam jackets, built-in safety valves, multiple shaft configurations, and various sealing options, the IG Internal Gear Pump is a versatile and economical solution for transferring viscous fluids and liquids containing fine solids.
