ST Sanitary Rotary Lobe Pump
Description
The ST Sanitary Rotary Lobe Pump is a hygienic positive displacement pump specifically designed for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, beverage, and cosmetic applications where product purity and sanitary processing are critical. Compliant with CIP (Clean-In-Place) and USA 3-A Sanitary Standards, the pump features non-contact tri-lobe rotors that provide gentle, contamination-free fluid handling while maintaining stable suction performance and minimizing product shear.
Manufactured with 316 stainless steel for all wetted components, the ST pump incorporates a highly polished, dead-zone-free internal surface for easy cleaning, sterilization, and consistent product quality. Its front-cover design allows quick maintenance, while optional materials, multiple connection standards, and versatile sealing configurations make it suitable for handling viscous, shear-sensitive, and hygienic process fluids in demanding sanitary environments.
