Description

The TEK Kinetic Air Relief Valve is a ductile iron single orifice air valve designed to automatically release large volumes of air during pipeline filling and admit air rapidly during pipeline draining or sudden pressure drops. It helps eliminate air pockets, prevent vacuum formation, and protect pipelines from collapse or water hammer, ensuring safe and efficient system operation.

Designed in accordance with JKR 20200-0097-01 and ANSI/AWWA C512, the valve is suitable for potable water transmission lines, pumping stations, reservoirs, irrigation systems, and municipal water distribution networks. The removable cover casing allows easy inspection and maintenance of the float assembly without removing the valve from the pipeline.

Manufactured from high-quality ductile iron with a Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating, the valve offers excellent corrosion resistance and long service life in demanding water infrastructure applications.
