Description
The Chemical Grade Rotary Lobe Pump for Resin Transfer is specially designed for the safe and efficient handling of industrial resins, including epoxy resin, acrylic resin, polyester resin, polyurethane resin, phenolic resin, and other high-viscosity chemical materials. Its positive displacement rotary lobe design delivers smooth, low-shear pumping performance, preserving resin properties while ensuring stable and continuous product flow.
Manufactured from premium SS304, SS316, or SS316L stainless steel, the pump provides outstanding corrosion resistance and long service life in demanding chemical processing environments. The non-contact rotor design minimizes internal wear, reduces maintenance requirements, and ensures reliable operation even when handling sticky or highly viscous media.
For temperature-sensitive resins, the pump can be equipped with an optional heating jacket to maintain proper fluidity and prevent material solidification during transfer. Combined with customizable sealing systems and flexible installation options, this pump offers dependable performance for continuous resin production and processing applications.
