Description

The Industrial High Shear & High Speed Emulsifying and Homogenizing Mixer is a high-performance inline processing system designed for continuous mixing, dispersion, homogenization, emulsification, refining, dissolution, and pumping of liquid, solid-liquid, and gas-liquid materials. By integrating multiple processing functions into a single machine, it simplifies traditional production processes while significantly improving productivity and product quality.

The mixer utilizes a precision-engineered rotor-stator system that generates powerful centrifugal force, hydraulic shear, turbulence, and fluid impact. These forces rapidly break down particles, disperse solids, create stable emulsions, and produce highly homogeneous products with consistent particle size distribution. It is an ideal replacement for conventional colloid mills, ball mills, and high-pressure homogenizers in many industrial applications.

Available in both FHM1 Single-Stage and FHM3 Three-Stage configurations, the mixer can be selected according to production capacity and processing requirements. Manufactured from premium SS316 stainless steel as standard, it provides excellent corrosion resistance and hygienic performance. For highly viscous materials, it can be combined with a Bonve Rotary Lobe Pump to improve feeding performance and overall system efficiency.
