Description
The FHC Multi-Port Homogenizer Mixing Pump is specially designed for continuous mixing, homogenizing, emulsifying, dispersing, and dissolving multiple liquid or powder materials in a single process. Featuring a multi-port inlet design combined with a multi-stage rotor-stator homogenizing system, the pump enables different raw materials to be fed simultaneously and instantly mixed into a uniform, high-quality product.
The mixing chamber consists of one to three homogenizing stages, each equipped with multiple layers of precision-engineered stators and rotors. As materials pass through progressively narrower shear gaps, they undergo intensive shearing, dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization, producing stable emulsions and uniform particle distribution without agglomeration.
Designed for continuous industrial production, the FHC series significantly simplifies conventional mixing processes, improves production efficiency, reduces processing time, and enhances final product quality. Manufactured in SS316 as standard, the pump is suitable for food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, coating, and petrochemical applications requiring high-performance inline homogenization.
