Description

The TEK Resilient Seated Gate Valve is a heavy-duty double flange ductile iron gate valve specifically designed for large-diameter water transmission pipelines, water treatment plants, pumping stations, reservoirs, and municipal infrastructure. Featuring a resilient EPDM rubber-coated wedge and non-rising stem design, the valve provides reliable bubble-tight sealing, low operating torque, and long service life under demanding operating conditions.

Manufactured in accordance with BS EN 1171:2002 and BS EN 1074-2, the valve is suitable for working pressures up to PN16 (16 Bar). The ductile iron body is protected with Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating to provide superior corrosion resistance for underground and above-ground water systems.

Designed for large-scale water distribution networks, the resilient seated wedge minimizes leakage while reducing wear on sealing surfaces. The robust stainless steel stem and high-quality internal components ensure dependable operation, easy maintenance, and extended service life.
