Description
The High Pressure Electric Rotary Lobe Pump with Pressure Relief Valve is designed for the safe and efficient transfer of high-viscosity liquids under high-pressure operating conditions. Its positive displacement rotary lobe design delivers smooth, low-shear pumping performance while maintaining stable, pulsation-free flow for demanding industrial applications.
Equipped with an integrated pressure relief valve (PRV), the pump automatically protects the system from excessive pressure by recirculating fluid when the discharge pressure exceeds the preset limit. This safety feature helps prevent damage to the pump, piping, and downstream equipment while ensuring continuous and reliable operation.
Manufactured from premium SS304, SS316, or SS316L stainless steel, the pump offers excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. The non-contact rotor design minimizes wear, improves pumping efficiency, and enables reliable handling of high-viscosity fluids across a wide range of industrial applications.
