The ZKING ZF Series Vertical Tank Froth Pump is a vertical centrifugal pump designed for efficiently handling frothy and air-entrained slurries. The pump features a vertical design with a hopper and uses wear-resistant high-chrome iron alloy components for reliable performance in abrasive slurry applications.
The ZF Series utilizes an induced vortex principle to de-aerate or partially de-aerate frothy slurry before it enters the pump head, improving the pumpability of foam-containing slurry. It is suitable for applications such as flotation froth handling in mineral concentrators, phosphate and apatite washing plants, and calcium carbonate upgrading plants.
