Description

The Inline High Shear Mixer for Cosmetic Creams & Lotions is specially designed for continuous inline mixing, homogenizing, emulsifying, dispersing, dissolving, and refining in cosmetic manufacturing. It is ideal for producing skin creams, body lotions, facial creams, moisturizers, sunscreens, and other personal care products that require smooth texture and stable emulsions.

Equipped with a precision-engineered rotor-stator system, the mixer generates powerful centrifugal force, hydraulic shear, turbulence, and fluid impact to rapidly disperse powders, hydrate thickening agents, reduce particle size, and create fine oil-in-water or water-in-oil emulsions. It effectively eliminates agglomerates and significantly shortens processing time compared with conventional agitators.

Available in both FHM1 (Single-Stage) and FHM3 (Three-Stage) configurations, the mixer is manufactured from premium SS316 stainless steel for hygienic processing and excellent corrosion resistance. For highly viscous cosmetic formulations, it can be integrated with a Bonve Rotary Lobe Pump to improve feeding performance and production efficiency.
