The Rotary Lobe Pump for Starch Adhesive Transfer is specially designed for the efficient handling of starch-based adhesives used in the paper, corrugated packaging, and paperboard industries. Its positive displacement rotary lobe design delivers smooth, low-shear pumping performance, preserving the adhesive properties while ensuring stable and continuous product flow throughout the production process.
Engineered for shear-thickening starch adhesives derived from corn, wheat, potato, and other natural starches, the pump features a non-contact rotor design that eliminates internal friction, minimizes wear, and provides reliable long-term operation. The pulsation-free flow helps maintain adhesive consistency while reducing maintenance requirements and operating costs.
Manufactured with premium SS316 or SS316L stainless steel wetted parts, the pump supports multiple rotor configurations, heating or cooling jacket options, and customized sealing systems to meet various paper and corrugating production requirements.
