Description

The Rotary Lobe Pump for Phenolic Resin Transfer is specially designed for the safe and efficient handling of phenolic resin, novolac resin, Bakelite resin, and other high-viscosity resin materials used in industrial manufacturing. Its positive displacement rotary lobe design delivers smooth, low-shear pumping performance that preserves resin quality while ensuring stable and continuous product flow.

Manufactured with premium SS316 or SS316L stainless steel wetted components, the pump provides excellent corrosion resistance and outstanding reliability when handling sticky and temperature-sensitive resins. The non-contact rotor design minimizes internal wear, prevents excessive shear, and extends service life while maintaining consistent pumping performance. For materials that become more viscous at lower temperatures, an optional heating jacket helps maintain proper fluidity and prevents blockage during operation.

Designed for demanding chemical processing applications, the pump supports multiple sealing systems, various rotor configurations, and flexible installation options. Its modular construction simplifies maintenance while ensuring dependable operation in continuous resin production processes.
