Description

The High Speed Homogenizer for Chemical Rubber Solutions is specially designed for continuous inline mixing, dispersing, dissolving, homogenizing, emulsifying, refining, and pumping of natural and synthetic rubber solutions. It is ideal for processing rubber-based products such as adhesives, sealants, coatings, carpet backing compounds, and tire compounds where rapid dissolution and uniform dispersion are essential.

Equipped with a precision-engineered rotor-stator system, the homogenizer generates intense centrifugal force, hydraulic shear, turbulence, and fluid impact to rapidly break down rubber particles, eliminate agglomerates, and accelerate dissolution. Compared with conventional agitators, it significantly shortens processing time, reduces operating costs, and improves product consistency while minimizing solvent loss.

Available in FHM1 (Single-Stage) and FHM3 (Three-Stage) configurations, the homogenizer is suitable for continuous inline production or batch circulation systems. It can replace traditional colloid mills, ball mills, and high-pressure homogenizers in many industrial applications, providing higher efficiency and improved product quality.
