MS Series Mechanical Booster Vacuum System
Description
The MS Series Mechanical Booster Vacuum System integrates a rotary vane vacuum pump with a Roots mechanical booster to provide high-capacity, deep vacuum generation for industrial applications. Featuring patented differential pressure control, automated valve operation, lubrication, and overload protection, the system delivers stable performance, improved energy efficiency, and low maintenance requirements.
Designed for vacuum pumping of clean, dry gases, the MS Series is ideal for vacuum plating, heat treatment, sintering, sterilization, crystallization, foaming, and vacuum forming applications. Its front-rear pump arrangement provides superior pumping capacity while achieving ultimate vacuum pressures of 6 × 10⁻⁴ to 5 × 10⁻⁵ Torr, ensuring reliable and efficient operation for continuous industrial processes.
