Description

The High Shear Homogenizing Mixing Pump for Detergent Production is specially designed for continuous inline mixing, homogenizing, dispersing, emulsifying, and refining of liquid detergents and washing powder slurries. Its high-speed rotor-stator system rapidly blends surfactants, thickeners, preservatives, fragrances, pigments, and other ingredients into a uniform mixture while significantly improving production efficiency.

For washing powder production, the homogenizing pump thoroughly disperses slurry before spray drying, effectively preventing nozzle blockage and ensuring consistent powder color and quality between production batches. For liquid detergent manufacturing, it minimizes foaming while shortening mixing time and improving product stability.

Available in FHM1 (Single-Stage) and FHM3 (Three-Stage) configurations, the mixer is manufactured from premium SS316 stainless steel and is suitable for continuous industrial production. For highly viscous products or applications requiring higher inlet pressure, the system can be combined with a Bonve Rotary Lobe Pump to maximize processing efficiency.
