Description
The Rotary Lobe Pump for Polyol Transfer is specially designed for the safe and efficient handling of polyols used in polyurethane foam, elastomer, coating, adhesive, and resin manufacturing. Its positive displacement rotary lobe design delivers smooth, low-shear pumping with stable, non-pulsating flow to ensure accurate metering and consistent mixing with isocyanates during production.
Manufactured with high-quality stainless steel wetted parts, the pump provides excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance for handling polyols with varying viscosities. The non-contact rotor design eliminates internal friction, reduces wear, and maintains product integrity while delivering reliable long-term performance. The seal materials are carefully selected according to the pumped media to ensure leak-free operation and environmental safety.
