Description
The Bonve Industrial Rotary Lobe Pump for Pulp & Paper Industry is specially engineered for reliable transfer of paper chemicals, starch, coating materials, polymers, and other process fluids used throughout paper manufacturing. With more than 18 years of application experience in paper mills, this pump delivers stable performance, low energy consumption, and long service life in demanding production environments.
Its positive displacement rotary lobe design provides smooth, low-shear, and low-pulsation pumping, helping preserve the properties of shear-sensitive materials such as cooked starch, latex coatings, CMC, and specialty paper chemicals. The non-contact rotor design minimizes wear and eliminates internal friction, resulting in reliable operation with minimal maintenance.
Manufactured with precision CNC-machined components and available in SS304, SS316, and SS316L stainless steel, the pump can be customized with various rotor types, seal configurations, and installation options to meet different papermaking processes and operating conditions.
