Description

The Stainless Steel Positive Displacement Polyurethane Transfer Pump is specially designed for the safe and efficient transfer of polyurethane, polyurethane polyol, polyether, and other high-viscosity resin materials. Its positive displacement rotary lobe design delivers smooth, low-shear pumping performance, preserving the physical and chemical properties of the product while ensuring stable and continuous flow.

Manufactured with high-grade stainless steel wetted components, the pump provides outstanding corrosion and abrasion resistance for demanding chemical processing applications. The non-contact rotor design minimizes friction and wear, while the specially engineered sealing system effectively prevents leakage during continuous operation.

To maintain optimum resin viscosity during transfer, the pump is available with an optional heating jacket that circulates steam or thermal oil around the pump casing. Combined with PTFE or FFKM sealing materials and variable speed control, it offers reliable performance, easy maintenance, and excellent efficiency for polyurethane production lines.
